Wednesday: Starting a World War

A few of our guys were PKing with their team and asked if we wanted to join in so we grabbed a couple people and went up to 50's where we ran into 420 PKers. After having smited Dcranger for another Zamorak Godsword we cleared them and waited for them to regroup. Eventually a few more ran back in and we cleared them a second time around. Going for a third round we decided this time to rush them at Greater Demons where only a couple were returning.

At this point with all of the chatter in 420's public chat Jared decided to tele up in rag and check out the fight for himself instead of spending his day hard at work before his big upcoming vacation. Glad you're finally getting out of the house buddy.

Killing Jared a couple times along with the couple 420 (*cough* DK *cough*) members that were returning in rag we decided to move back to 50's where Jared had begged PD to mass up as he desperately tried to keep us there in rag. For a good ten minutes we killed him over and over again waiting for them to actually pull enough fight back. It was pretty comical to watch their numbers grow in game from 1 to 2 and then doubling to 4 over the course of fifteen minutes. With full clears several times over they eventually gained enough to fight back, but still in rag as they were unable to fight in gear. Despite recent merges with two GMT clans they were struggling to reach double digits in game at 5:30 PM EST.

Given their terrible pull they decided to call for backup to aid them in their conquest as they usually do. This would turn into another giant cluster between several clans as we kept our sole focus on Playdead. After a couple of hours they were having trouble staying in game and with only a couple of Playdead members bothering to return in rag we decided to let the rest of the clans fight their own battles.
