I just made a whole box of penne pasta and added more than a pound of hamburger to the sauce at 11pm and ate 80% of it lmaooooo

hard not to indulge into choclate, and salty foods yeah just only a half hour everyday of boxing I can do it 😄

Boxing is good cardio, I purchased a weighted vest and I've been doing bleachers at the local high-school.  Resistant bands are good as well.  Going for a walk for an hour is under-rated.  Staying active in general is the key.  Don't overthink it, just do it.
